Hi, my name is Alison Stevens and I have been running Fitness and Weight Management classes in Chichester and Waterlooville for 13 years, I have helped hundreds of women and men get fitter and healthier. At our classes we strive to help you maintain a healthy balance between your fitness goals and your life. There is a great selection of different fitness options for you, from good old fashioned aerobics to salsa, body tone, bender balls, circuits, boxercise fitness pilates, kettleblast and much more. Our classes are designed for everyone from the inactive to the very active, you can make each workout suit you we cater for age groups 16 and upwards.
There are 10 classes each week all with a weight management option, so if you are looking to lose or maintain weight we can monitor your progress each week with a one to one weigh-in and provide nutritional advice that suits your lifestyle. For many weight management may not always just be about wanting to lose weight, but to maintain which is fine too, understanding your body is an important factor which is why our classes really do work. Your choice!

I love that the classes at AMS4Fitness vary from boxercise to salsa, to Zumba and circuits, and you can put as much or as little energy into each as you want. I have recently signed up to the kettle blast class on a Saturday morning, and it's a challenge, but a thoroughly enjoyable one. Alison is always encouraging and a real driving force. I have a desk job so Alison's classes are brilliant in giving me the work out I need and the energy I want.
